These Terms set out the rules governing your use of this platform. By using the platform or creating an account you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of the service

The platform provides health education content and, in eligible locations and cases only, the ability to request a remote medical consultation with a doctor. A consultation is based on the information and images you provide and does not include an in-person physical examination.

2. Educational content versus professional consultation

Educational content published on the platform is general in nature. It is not medical advice directed at your situation and does not create a doctor–patient relationship. A professional relationship arises only when an individual consultation is provided through the dedicated pathway.

3. Not for emergencies

This service is not intended for medical emergencies and is not monitored around the clock. In an emergency, or for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, go immediately to your nearest health facility or call your local emergency number. Do not use the platform as a substitute for urgent care.

4. No guarantee of diagnosis, treatment or outcome

Medicine involves professional judgement. The platform does not guarantee that a particular diagnosis will be reached, that a treatment plan will succeed, or that any specific outcome will be achieved. An in-person examination, tests or a referral may be recommended, and a confident opinion may not be possible from the information available remotely.

5. Availability varies by location and eligibility

Not all services are available in all locations. Some locations may have access to educational content, a waiting list or contact options only, without paid or direct consultations. Eligibility is based on the country you yourself select in your profile.

6. Account registration and security

• You must be legally able to hold an account where you live, or act under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

7. Accuracy of the information you provide

The quality of any medical opinion depends directly on the accuracy of what you provide. You agree to give truthful, current and complete information, including medical history, medication and allergies, and clear images where requested. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to unsuitable guidance.

8. Acceptable use

The platform may be used only for its intended purposes: health education, and seeking care for yourself or for someone you are lawfully responsible for.

9. Prohibited misuse

• Impersonating another person or providing false medical information.
• Uploading inappropriate content, or content unrelated to a medical condition.
• Attempting to obtain controlled medicines or substances unlawfully.
• Attempting to breach or disrupt the platform, or to access other users' data.
• Automated extraction of content, or commercial republication without permission.
• Using the platform in breach of laws that apply to you.

10. Content and files you upload

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant the platform a limited permission to use it for the purpose of delivering the service you requested and keeping the medical and legal records required. You confirm you have the right to share any content you upload, including content concerning a person in your care.

11. Intellectual property

Educational content, design, branding and software are owned by or licensed to the platform operator. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; republication or extensive reproduction requires written permission.

12. Clinician independence

Doctors exercise independent professional judgement. A doctor may decline to provide a consultation or a treatment recommendation where they consider it inappropriate, unsafe, or outside the scope of remote practice, and remains bound by the professional duties that apply to them.

13. Third-party infrastructure and links

The platform relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate (see the Data Processing Notice). The platform may contain links to external sites whose content and practices we do not control.

14. Service availability and maintenance

The service is provided on an as-available basis. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons outside our control, and features may change or be discontinued.

15. Suspension and termination

An account may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms, or where there are safety, security or fraud concerns. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the privacy page. Some medical or audit records may need to be retained after deletion where law or professional duties require it.

16. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Each version carries a version identifier and an effective date, and the version you accepted is stored in your consent record. Continuing to use the platform after a new version takes effect means you accept it.

17. Limitations of liability

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, the platform operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including in relation to death or personal injury, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights. These limits differ between countries, and the law of your country may give you additional rights that these Terms do not affect.

18. Privacy and data processing

How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Notice and the Data Processing Notice, which form part of these Terms.

19. Advertising and analytics

Optional tools may be used to measure usage, and advertising may appear on certain public pages. These are disabled by default. Your health data, consultation content and medical files are never used for advertising or marketing, are never sold, and are never shared with advertisers. Advertising is never shown on booking, consultation, account, doctor or admin pages.

20. Contact and complaints

For questions or complaints, see the contact page, which lists the verified channels if the operator has published any. If no verified channel has been published yet, there is currently no confirmed way to message us, and one will be announced when it exists. If you have an account, you can submit a request about your data from your privacy page. In-app notifications are outbound only — they are not a way to send us a message.
